Returned Aurelynny lip makeup items including lip glosses and lip liners must be unused and kept in original condition, with intact original packaging and all attached accessories. Valid proof of purchase is required to proceed with your return. Custom‑made goods, gift cards and final‑sale merchandise are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable, except where local legislation legally requires otherwise.

Prior to mailing back any products, please send an email to service@aurelynny.com stating your order number and the lip gloss or lip liner items you wish to return. Our team will respond by email with complete return instructions and the correct return shipping address for Foshan Juxiang Technology Co., Ltd.

Damage or order issues

Please inspect your cosmetics immediately upon parcel receipt. If your lip glosses or lip liners arrive damaged, defective, or you receive incorrect items, contact us promptly and attach clear photographic evidence so we can review and resolve your case efficiently.

Refunds

After we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned goods, authorised refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the issue stems from damaged, defective, incorrectly dispatched products, or as required by applicable local laws.
