These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to transactions completed via the Aurelynny store and act as supplementary provisions to our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility & Customer Information

You must hold the legal capacity to enter a binding purchase agreement within your region. You are accountable for keeping your contact, delivery and billing information accurate, and for safeguarding all activities carried out under your customer account.

Contract Formation

Items shown in your shopping cart and on the checkout page constitute an invitation for you to submit a purchase offer. A legally‑binding sales contract for our lip glosses and lip liners only comes into effect once we formally accept your order and send out an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Automatic order acknowledgment emails do not prevent further checks for pricing mistakes, fraud screening or inventory shortages.

Payment, Taxes, and Currency

Supported payment options and price information are clearly presented at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other disclosed fees are included within your final order total. Please be aware that your bank or payment processor may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees, over which Aurelynny has no authority and will not reimburse.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery alternatives differ depending on your shipping location and lip‑cosmetics stock status. Risk of product loss passes as stipulated by local consumer‑protection legislation. Where permitted by law, title to lip gloss and lip liner goods stays with Foshan Juxiang Technology Co., Ltd. until full payment has been completed.

Returns and Statutory Rights

All return and refund requests are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy. Statutory cancellation entitlements, product‑compliance assurances, warranty coverage and other consumer safeguards granted by your local laws remain valid and take precedence if any clause within these terms provides weaker user protection.

Events Outside Reasonable Control (Force Majeure)

Aurelynny shall not be held liable for hold‑ups or unfulfilled obligations triggered by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Such situations include, without limitation, courier interruptions, natural catastrophes, official government measures, labour strikes, infrastructure breakdowns, or large‑scale internet and service disruptions.

Severability & Contact
